She is currently working out of her studio at Greenhouse studios in Sydney Australia. She participates in regular art markets, please check instagram for updates.
Sophia recieved her bachelors degree in Art from the University of California Santa Barbara with a focus in painting and sculpture in 2020.

Her work appears as a landscape of charming figures and comforting colours that illustrate a far away yet familiar world. Her practice is a playful exploration in many mediums as an effort to articulate the intangible and relate the very small to the very big. She hopes to welcome viewers in with familiarity and allow them to depart from that with a curiosity towards our interconnectedness and the temporality of life.
She strives for a sustainable practice using recycled and found materials wherever possible. Playfully pushing the limits of her paints, ceramics, and preloved mediums, she tests their preciousness and highlights their histories and imperfections. Her studio is a nest of found wooden panels, crayons and homemade inks, handmade paper, bones scavenged during bush regeneration, and other collections from her life.
